There are many ways to deal with grief. Each of us must find our individual path, but we must find a path. Not doing so allows grief to stunt our future growth, to stay stuck inside us and possibly create illness.

In a world where everything is fast paced we are expected to get over our grief in a nano second. Most of us don’t even know where to start.

Grief, like the dark, is much less intimidating when we don’t feel alone. When we have a companion, a guide to help us strike the match that glows, even if faintly at first, to light the way.
